I am a passionate Licensed Massage Therapist skilled in Thai massage, Swedish massage, Deep Tissue, and Trigger Point Therapy. My massage therapy journey started in 2018 at the Florida School of Massage in Gainesville, Florida, where I graduated in 2019. I have over 118 hours of specialized training in Thai massage and am certified in hydrotherapy, neuromuscular therapy, and connective tissue work. Additionally, I hold Reiki certifications from two different teachers.

Inspired by the sense of community at music festivals, I became intrigued by massage therapy. I had long been curious about the chakra system and energy work, which ultimately led me to discover my path in massage. I understand the impact of life imbalances on health and mental well-being, and I have used my personal healing journey to foster a healthier, more mindful lifestyle.

I find joy in connecting deeply with my clients, bridging the gap between emotional, mental, and physical well-being. I am drawn to holistic and eastern approaches to healing and am eager to expand my skills with continuing education in aromatherapy, cupping, ashiatsu, and reflexology. I also desire to study Thai massage overseas and complete yoga teacher training.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time at kava bars, being in nature, walking with my dog, going to the beach, weight training and attending concerts and music festivals.
